Our consulting business has been in business since 2011 and we strive ourselves on delivering business excellence through Human Capital Management. Our mission is to keep your Human Capital Management and Environmental Science policies and procedures current and up to date.
We deliver business excellence through implementing proven business policies and procedures that aim to govern the way we do things and how we treat all stakeholders in business. Our stakeholders include our Businesses, our Employees, Our Customers, Our Suppliers, Our Community and the Environment.
Every human starts off as an individual with a vision of who and what we would like to be. As we grow older, the vision becomes clearer and more defined.
Sometimes as humans we find ourselves on a different path than our original vision. This is normally as a result of one of two factors that we need to consider but very often it is both.
Our approach is to harness the "power of self" for our people and to empower them to chase their vision and their dreams. On the other side of the coin we assist our clients to follow a more organic approach as we develop and grow our business leaders and empower them with management skills to recognise the importance of Human Capital and the age of technology.
No business or individual can keep doing what they have been doing forever and expect to grow. Life is organic and business is changing. The reality is if we do not embrace our Human Capital and the influence of technology then we will in all likelihood not succeed.
It is simple, people matter and in these days we cannot police every move an employee makes. Our businesses are based on trust and robust procedures that mitigates risk and harnesses the opportunities that we are faced with.
The combination of Human Capital in conjunction the evolution of technology requires all businesses to have the required processes and procedures in place to harness the power of People in Technology.

The onset of Covid-19 has caught most organisations and individuals off guard and we have had to change our ways of working rapidly to embrace the impact of a pandemic. Even though this has created an opportunity to reduce costs whilst minimizing the impact of the pandemic it has also created problems with mental health and the abilities to manage our day to day activities.
The only way to bridge this gap is to embrace technology and change the way we work with people on a daily basis
With more than 40 years experience in Human Resources management of which 30 years includes working as a HR Manager for the South African National Defence Force.
During this time I studied Human Resources Management first achieved a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management (2014) and subsequent achieved my Doctors Degree in Human Resources Management.
I work as Lecturer for Tshwane University of Technology in Human Resources Management
In 2014 I also achieved a Masters Degree in Environmental Services
