6.1.1 Plumari Ranch
The proposed development is located on the farm Plumari Ranch 595 JQ, Hekpoort. The proposed development consists of a Public Resort with 25 chalets and ancillary uses.

The proposed development is located on Portion 1 of the Farm Doornhoek 392 JQ, Hekpoort. The proposed development consists of a Public Resort with 25 chalets and ancillary uses.

The proposed development is located on Portions 73, 74, 75 & 76 Zwartkop 525 JQ, Muldersdrift. The proposed development is a high standard equestrian village to accommodate horses and horse-riding facilities. The overall density of the proposed development entails 1 dwelling per hectare included in an integrated lifestyle rural occupation scheme.

The proposed development is located on Plot 19 and 20 of holding 281 Pomona (x159 A.H.) Agricultural holdings, Kempton Park. The proposed activity is the recycling and refurbishing of computers as well as small scale engineering.
